My Previous role as Branch Manager in a BTL Activation company with 12 Years, included responsibilities like managing the event, BTL Activation, Branding, and hiring and training new staff, making budgets, booking venues, setting up decorations, and organizing all required elements. All of these responsibilities gave me valuable experience in all of the areas of BTL activation & event planning. I was determined to become an expert in each aspect of the job. It was very rewarding to see everything come together on the day of the event and the clients having a great time at their party. BTL Activation work of School Contact Program (SCP), Doctor Check Program (DCP), Jogger Park activity, door to door, look-walker, early bird, roadshow, In-shop demonstration, Residential welfare association, corporate activity, etc. I have worked in complete south India of 5 states – Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Karnataka. I first became interested in event planning & BTL activation from my first-year college onward for Britannia Treat Biscuit for 50 School contact program. In Wings I have played different roles in different cities.
