Key decision maker on Policy formulation and risk strategy implementation for Credit Cards- Develop/refine risk policies, risk governance and reporting system for credit card product as part of AOP and ensure adherence to prevent any kind of risk- Jointly own the growth initiative along with the business team, while working within the agreed risk threshold- Scan micro environment, market, competition trends and proactively assess emerging risks. Adjust policies and interventions to manage emerging and forward-looking risk- Ensure operationalization of Risk framework and strategies through technology and workflow integration- Define right metrics to measure and track risk across the entire credit lifecycle. Baseline each metric against the pre-defined appetite and ensure timely intervention when breach happens- Review portfolio on periodic basis across various risk metrics, maintain portfolio quality by managing loss rate, conducting loss analysis and work closely with functional teams, RCU, Collection and business team- Interact and present the risk health of the portfolio to internal stakeholders.
