Driving digital product penetration and adoption across both Existing-to-Bank (ETB) and New-to-Bank (NTB) customer segments.Key Responsibilities:Full ownership and performance management of the digital banking portfolio, covering:General Insurance: Health & MotorInvestment Products: Mutual Funds, E-Term Deposits (E-TD)Payments Infrastructure: POS Machines, QR Code SolutionsBanking Cards: Debit and Credit CardsDriving digital channel penetration and cross-sell across ETB and NTB customer bases.Leading strategic planning, sales execution, and performance tracking across 12 zones.Training, coaching, and managing sales teams for high productivity and customer focus.Liaising extensively with key stakeholders at Indian Bank, including Zonal Heads and FGMO (Field General Manager’s Office) teams to align business goals, resolve operational challenges, and drive digital transformation initiatives.Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams for campaign management, lead generation, and customer engagement improvements.
