Frosch is a Travel Company and its acquisition by JP Morgan Chase whereas we as a Account Receivable team work on posting Client and vendor money received via various models like Cheques, EFT and ACH in TRAMS DB points. Managed the posting of client and vendor payments, including cheques, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions, into the TRAMS database. Conducted daily reconciliation of payment receipts and bank records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies, minimizing errors (Reconciliation means Checking and balancing the provided data i.e. Cheques, EFT with invoice details. Keep detailed records of each transaction, including dates, amounts, and involved vendor. Review all calculations and documentation to ensure correctness before processing payments. Collaborated with clients via Mail ( Outlook) and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies, ensuring efficient payment processing. Identify process improvements opportunities and drive implementation.
