I’m a Mechanical Engineer working with ReNew in the Program Management Office (PMO), transitioning from on-site project coordination to centralized project scheduling, controls, and reporting. My journey has moved from the field—where I managed vendor coordination, resource tracking, and site execution in Wind (RTC, Peakpower), and BESS projects—to the PMO, where I now focus on Primavera P6 schedules, project progress analysis, and management reporting.This shift is my first step toward building expertise in project, program, and eventually portfolio management—bridging my site execution background with data-driven planning and governance.I am currently pursuing an MBA in Analytics & Data Science (2025–2027), which complements my PMO role by strengthening my ability to connect data insights with project decision-making. My role focuses on:Handling Primavera P6 scheduling, project controls, and reporting for renewable energy projects. I create and update schedules, track progress and risks, and prepare management reports and dashboards, leveraging my prior wind project execution experience for practical and accurate planning.
