Also worked on product development for CMS Star rating for Medicare Part C&D program and conceptualized a Medication Therapy Management • Praveen has also worked on Individualized fetal growth modeling and derivation of brand new fetal weight estimation formula based on USG scan parameters. Also the estimation of fetal weight on future date along with screen positive or negative for few fetal abnormalities based on fetal parameters ( HC, FL, BPD and AC) are detected. This is first ever-Indian attempt of fetal modeling and estimation of fetal weight, performed at Indian population. The accuracy of the formula tested on next set of population and found better than similar formulas available
