Hello there! I am Kumar Pammar, a highly dedicated and experienced Highway Engineer specializing in Highway Design and Highway Maintenance. With over 7 years of expertise in the field, I am passionate about delivering top-notch design solutions that adhere to industry standards and best practices. My proficiency in a range of software, including AutoCAD, ACAD Civil 3D, PDS Line and Sign, Key Line, Sign & Post, OpenRoads Designer, Vehicle Tracking, OneClick LCA, and CORA (project management), empowers me to excel in my role.
