   At present heading HR Function of large manufacturing location having three Manufacturing Units including Green Field Unit (Since project stage). Turn Over of these Units is about 1600 Crores and manpower aprox 1500 including off roll employees.Previously headed HR function at Silvassa location - Manufacturing Unit and R&D Center between Dec, 2006 to Jan, 2010. Silvassa Unit of Dabur India Ltd is EOU and manufacturing Oral Care and Home Care products and employing around 450 employees including off roll.Highlights : • Effective implementation of APPLAUSE - Reward & Recognition programme. • Ensured effective implementation of OpEx – Operational Excellence model and Lean Management at Unit.• Successfully implemented LEAD - Competency framework for Leadership Team. • Key Team Leader in merger of Balsara Home Products Ltd and Fem Care Pharma Ltd to Dabur India Limited.• Extensive work towards reduction in fixed and variable cost to enhance its cost competitiveness, introduced Job Contract Model for outsourcing job.• Ensured successful implementation of e-nforce tool - Statutory Compliance. • Establishment of a comprehensive Employee Training process for Sales and Marketing Team.• Designed and implemented out sourced model - MSR’s & PSR’s.• Leaded Team in effective implementation of various HR initiatives at key Business Partners end, leaded Team in managing Vendors /Suppliers workshop. • Cash award for HR Intervention during Annual Business Conference and 3rd Prize in Group HR Conference, Cash Award for Statutory Compliance and First Citizenship Challenge Award.• Played key role in out placement of 33% On Roll employees- Restructuring of Manufacturing Unit.• Preparation and implementation of ER strategy for the unit.
