Design & Documentation:• Prepare P & IDs based on PFDs and design inputs, in collaboration with the process engineer.• Prepare line, valve and instrument lists.• Review equipment layouts and create 3D models and piping layouts in Cadison & Inventor, includingextracting the bill of materials.• Cable tray routing and the related bill of materials.• Assisted designers in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues• Provide approved documents, such as fabrication drawings and TS, to the factory and vendors.• Maintain as-built documentation.c. Fabrication & Troubleshooting:• Follow up with the factory and vendors on fabrication issues and troubleshooting.d. Inspection & Testing:• Conduct line walk inspections at the factory.• Participate in FAT and I/O testing with the client at the factory.• Pre-Commissioning Activity• Conduct customer site visits for installation checks
