I’m a Product Manager at Activate, working on a B2B SaaS product where a lot of the work is about turning slow, manual processes into tools teams can trust. I work closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to decide what to build, break problems into clear requirements, and make sure what ships actually helps customers.A big part of my role is owning delivery through Agile methods, planning sprints, prioritizing the backlog, writing user stories, and staying close to testing and releases. Across the product, we’ve been integrating AI into different areas such as reports, dashboards, and document analysis to reduce manual work and shorten processing time. My focus is on how these capabilities fit into the overall product experience and workflows, rather than on the underlying models themselves.Earlier in my career, I worked as a Business Analyst, spending a lot of time with data, writing SQL, working in Excel, and building dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to help teams make better decisions. That analytical background still shapes how I think about prioritization, trade-offs, and measuring impact today.
