ABOUT KUMAR GAURAV

I have a Postgraduate Degree in Operations from Conestoga College, where I also worked as a Research Assistant on a project for VG Meats, creating modules and policies based on GMP best practices. Currently, I am a Quality Assurance Technician at Atlantic Beef Products Inc, a leading producer of premium beef products in Canada. My core competencies include manufacturing operations, budgeting, and auditing. In my role at Atlantic Beef, I create and update SOPs and HACCP plans, interact with customers and suppliers, collect and test samples, monitor and implement food safety regulations, and coordinate with food inspectors. I have also obtained certifications in accessibility and worker health and safety. I am motivated by delivering high-quality products and services, and I value continuous improvement and innovation. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different manufacturing sectors, such as beverages, food, chemicals, and catalysts, in various roles and capacities. I have also acquired skills in project management, production capacity planning, and cost control. I am fluent in Punjabi, English, and Hindi, and I enjoy learning new languages and cultures.
