As a sportsman, I believe in continuous learning and constructive thinking.With over 13 years of experience in IT—spanning cloud architecture, big data engineering, and technical support across platforms like Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and GCP—I bring a unique blend of hands-on expertise and strategic thinking that aligns well with the demands of this role.Currently, I serve as a Senior Azure Escalation Engineer at Microsoft, where I handle complex escalations involving Azure SQL platforms, Azure Arc, and hybrid data solutions. My role involves deep technical troubleshooting, lab reproductions, and direct collaboration with the Product Group to resolve critical customer issues.Previously at Oracle, I architected and delivered Data Lakehouse solutions for clients in manufacturing, banking, and gaming sectors. My work included end-to-end solution design, POC development, and infrastructure automation using Terraform. I’ve also contributed to beta testing and public demos of OCI services, showcasing my ability to bridge engineering and customer success.My technical toolkit includes Azure Synapse, Azure Fabric, Azure Kubernetes Service, OCI Autonomous Data Warehouse, Apache Spark, Hive, and Python scripting. I am passionate about solving complex data challenges and mentoring global teams to build scalable, secure, and intelligent data platforms.
