Detailed design of BBNL fiber network using various network design tools such as ArcGIS Desktop and AutoCAD Map3D Co-ordination with all other channel partners those who are involved in sharing their assets (both active and passive) for successful and hassle-free rollout of BBNL GPON Network operation by ensuring their deliverables to fulfill their standards as per actual guidelines and within the appropriate timeline. To maintain all the documents and resources related with execution to synchronize project progress reports to the corporate and have close monitoring of the same to avoid any deviation in pre-decided completion dates. Setting Individual Performance Targets for the team members and regularly monitoring the progress. Releasing network rollout plans for various gram panchayats of Punjab.
