   Joined as Group Manager QC, initially responsibilities given to manager the activities of GLP & Stability Sections, took initiatives to implement Auto calculations, Validated excel sheets, e-signature, STAR LIMS for stability section, strengthen the Audit Trail review procedure, LIRs etc, I was then given responsibility of Finished Goods section where apart from routine activities AMV & AMT were handled. I was given a chance to manage the whole QC in absence of any Head QC, demonstrated the managing skills and run the QC without any problem for around 9 months. I Got promoted to Chief Manager (Lead QC) and now Responsible for timely setting up the new QC lab for Thyronorm project (New Hormone Block, a first of its kind Green field project in EPD) at Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. I was involved right from the design phase and selection of the lab instruments, furniture to qualifying them and now successfully delivered the project.During my tenure at Abbott Baddi (around 5 yrs as of now), 3 times I was rated as \"Exceeds Expectation\", awarded as \"Manager of the year-2019\", got one promotion and responsibility to setup a new QC for Hormone block. I was Recommended for one year Future Leader Development Plan (FLDP) by the management, various training and coaching sessions were planned as part of the curriculum, including 3 weeks session from the “Indian Institute of Management- Ahmedabad” (IIM-A), completed the certification
