As a Staff Attorney at the Center for Reproductive Rights, I assist in litigating reproductive rights cases across the United StatesAs a Senior Staff Attorney at LSNY, I advanced the health, safety, and prosperity of historically excluded and minoritized communities in state and federal courts. Through advocacy campaigns and community education, I amplified a cross-section of issues including displacement and environmental racism, which directly impact the communities I served.As the founding Advocacy Chair of the American Muslim Bar Association, I work to build intersectional coalitions which bring together people of different backgrounds to fight against shared struggles as a collective force through the publication of statements addressing salient issues of our time My prior professional experience encompasses human rights work in Palestine, and criminal defense and immigrants’ rights work in New York.
