Led outreaching efforts and interviewed candidates for volunteer roles, successfully building a team of 20 active volunteers while developing strong talent acquisition and interpersonal skills- Recruited, organised, and managed a committee including event coordinators, publicity leads, secretary, and treasurer, fostering a collaborative leadership structure to drive team initiatives- Spearhead charity stalls and events, taking a frontline role in operations while coordinating volunteers to ensure smooth execution and strong community engagement- Promote and sell T-Shirts at events, successfully raising almost £500 since launch in late September- Coordinate with the Students’ Union and other stakeholders to plan and deliver successful events, representing the team and SolidariTee professionally- Develop and maintain team systems, workflows, and schedules to ensure efficient operations, volunteer accountability, and maximum impact- Created and structured an organised WhatsApp community of 47 members to maintain engagement, streamline communication, and foster a sense of belonging among volunteers and non-volunteers.(Figures current as of November 2025)
