Accountable for the Usage to Pay customer journey across Consumer and B2B within the O2 side of the business, encompassing Credit Risk, Billing Accuracy, B2B Billing & Collections, Collections Strategy and Revenue Assurance (65 FTE). Optimisation of the credit risk strategy to maximise sales and minimise bad debt, serving key stakeholders with the relevant MI for decision-making. Reduce trade debt through the appropriate collections strategies, utilising technology and partners. The expansion of both billing accuracy and assurance controls, to enhance the customer experience and reduce P&L exposure. Set the team’s vision and strategy, lead and drive transformation programs, whilst fully supported by a people strategy.
