With over two decades of experience in sales and marketing, I am a passionate and result-oriented leader who thrives on driving revenue growth, brand management, category development, and entrepreneurship. I have a strong academic background with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering degrees, as well as multiple skills in key account management, new business development, and marketing communications.In my most recent role as Category Head at YouKraft, an e-commerce platform, I was responsible for developing and executing the category strategy, managing the P&L, building and nurturing relationships with sellers and brands, and leading cross-functional teams for online and offline business expansion. I successfully increased the market share, optimized the supply chain costs, and enhanced the customer segment and marketing decisions. Previously, I was the Sales Head at Sheenlac Paints Limited, where I launched and grew the architectural coatings segment, improved the gross margin, and rationalized the operating model. I also founded and led my own company for experiential marketing, market activation, events, and market outreach services, achieving business partnerships with more than 40 companies across India.
