   Architected a nation-scale AWS platform supporting 7,500+ digital retail devices transmitting operational data, receiving pricing updates, and performing remote configuration tasks in near real-time, reducing dependence on manual on-site maintenance by over 90%. Designed and deployed cloud infrastructure for digital gas price signs using Terraform (IaC) to provision AWS IoT Core, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, EventBridge, S3, SNS, IAM, and Cognito enabling consistent, version-controlled deployments across development | CI/CD, staging, and production environments, enabling high-granularity insight into pricing update success rate, signal quality patterns, OTA distribution metrics, and device performance KPIs across thousands of geographically distributed endpoints.•Implemented an enterprise-grade OTA (Over-the-Air) modular C++ firmware update system using ESP32 and AWS IoT Jobs & S3 versioning, allowing remote rollout of firmware with rollback capability, staged deployment waves, and automated checksum validation. This increased update consistency to 99%, and cut operational costs substantially.•Spearheaded secure device onboarding flows using Cognito (for user authentication), PKI-based X.509 certificates (for device authentication), AWS IAM fine-grained policies, and SigV4 request signing. •Designed and developed the GAP Support app and optimized RESTful APIs used by internal tools to enable remote OTA firmware updates, advanced on-site troubleshooting, and the creation of a secure mesh network between price signs, ensuring reliable communication, faster issue resolution, and seamless multi-device coordination, handle installer authentication, device provisioning, diagnostic retrieval, and metadata updates. Led architectural redesign efforts to ensure cloud scalability, implementing best practices such as distributed key-value data modeling, eventual consistency patterns, caching layers using DAX / ElastiCache.
