About Kulinna Sirikulthada
I\'m an honors student in NYU Steinhart’s Food and Nutrition program and avid volunteer in the Lower East Side exploring international opportunities for growth in sustainable social-justice oriented industries. When in Thailand I operate and grow Bangkok’s first Vegan Cafe x Fabric Studio. Kappra Cafe is publicized across Channel 3 Thai Television Network, Lifestyle Asia Magazine, Timeout Bangkok, Thai PBS, BK Magazine, The Cloud, Coconuts Bangkok, Masala Magazine. They often highlight the plant based cafe\'s grand opening event series that secured arborist medical funding for a total of 1 million big old trees in the Bangkok area. I am proud to be adding value to Thailand’s domestic textile industry, contributing to environmentally-friendly directed growth of my community, and running a successful cafe. In New York City, I currently farm, cook, learn a lot and teach a little.
