Successfully migrated the non-financial process in the capacity of Analyst II. Handle all non-financial requests for annui es policies. Daily work assignment and priori za on of queue basic request type and iden fying pending/unworked items from the assignments. Assisted team member on-boarding as a buddy for mentorship program. Responsible for team query resolu on and Onshore SME discussion for the resolu on of queries. Report out queue status and produc on status on a bi-hourly basis and send day start and end status to internal managers. Being a seasoned resource, I have been assigned as a mentor for 4 new colleagues in my team. Timely resolution on of customer’s queries and complaints within SLA. Work on different so ware (Citrix, Vantage, AWD & ECS).
