I am a professional with extensive and diverse experience in working with microfinance institutions and rural development projects owing to my strong interest in microfinance and its role in empowering the lives of rural communities.I have been working in the inclusive finance sector for ~9 years, out of which six and a half years were spent leading field operations in three different states for one of the largest microfinance institution (MFI) in India. This has given me a deep and nuanced understanding of the needs and challenges of microfinance clients in both rural and urban areas.I have also demonstrated my ability to lead a team of dedicated and passionate professionals, to drive operations and growth, implement strategic initiatives and to align with the strategic priorities of the organization in a dynamic and competitive environment.With a passion for learning and growth, i have recently transitioned to a Planning and Strategy role, where I work on designing and implementation of process and means for driving business performance, making business plans, expansion strategies, risk management, and increasing operational efficiencies.
