Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods. Preparing procurement reports. Perform tasks assigned by the project commissioning Leader, related to the preparation and execution ofthe precommissioning, commissioning and startup activities. Interface with engineering disciplines,construction personnel, vendors and subcontractors. Monitors physical installations to ensure that work is installed in accordance with drawings, projectspecifications, and applicable codes Verify close out of all system punch lists prior to hand over. I have performed various functions such as maintain construction quality as required revive of layoutdrawings for equipment, Indoor – Outdoor Lighting System, Earthing & Lightning System, Cables & Cabletrays, instruments JB’s, Cable Schedules, Termination Details, Day to day site supervision, handle projectsas per schedule, planning manpower schedule. Review the Project Quality Plans, drawings, project standards and engineering Specifications to ensureefficient execution of works.
