I am working as a Commercial Leasing Expert from last 16 years approx with professionally responsible for overseeing the leasing of retail spaces in malls and high street locations. I work on behalf of Real Estate Developers to ensure that retail spaces are occupied by profitable and sustainable tenants. Market the available retail spaces and attracting potential tenants. Also, working closely with Developers to understand their leasing goals and develop a leasing strategy that meets their objectives. This include identifying target tenants, analysing market trends, and setting rental rates that are competitive and profitable. After the potential tenants have been identified, negotiation starts on commercials, LOI, MOU & Lease Agreements which are mutually beneficial for both the property owner and the tenant. Additionally, work with legal counsel to ensure that lease agreements are legally compliant and that all parties understand their rights and obligations. In addition to the commercial leasing I am responsible for managing the tenant relationship throughout the lease term and ensure that tenants comply with lease terms, including rent payments, maintenance responsibilities, and other contractual obligations. I also work with tenants to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the lease term, and may assist with tenant improvements or modifications to the retail space as needed. Overall, I play a critical role in the success of retail properties and responsible for identifying profitable tenants, negotiating terms including lease agreements, and managing the tenant relationship throughout the lease term. My expertise and experience in the retail industry can help ensure that retail properties are occupied by thriving and sustainable tenants, maximizing the property\'s value and profitability.
