Handling Quality Assurance RM to wire drawing department.• Handling Incoming RM, pickling, roughing, patenting, Galvanizing & wire drawing product quality.• Handling Customer complaints & in-house CAPA, Customer Technical queries.• Responsible for giving planning of RM to wire drawing process for any new customer order to planning department.• Providing die drafting for any new product.• Handling Third Party Inspection audit.• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards (API, EN & IS).• Quality Standards preparation & updation as per API, EN & IS standards.• Pickling, patenting & galvanised wire quality improvement by maintaining all process chemical parameters.• Responsible for documentation and execution required for IMS & customer audits, maintaining and continually improving IMS implementation level.• Reviewing the context and identifying risks and opportunities associated with relevant department and involve in updating HIRA.• Implementation of work, safety instructions & OCP at work place. • Handling internal process & quality audits.• Preparation & execution of training plan to QA & production team members to improve the skills & product quality.• Monthly report preparation for MRM & MIS.• Handling 5S implementation & improvement activities.
