These thoughts are highlighted in my publication,\"Anti-Oppressive Education in Contemporary Education\"(see publications).During my course work in the Principal Qualification Program, I was tasked with providing a statement of belief in less than 40 words. My statement: I aim to be a moral and ethical leader who inspires hope, while empowering everyone to build inclusive communities that work toward a greater good in accountable, resilient, and transparent ways.
