Execute the ongoing projects along with team. Providing solutions to the team by doing coordination with suppliers / consultants. Advertising the completion of Projects though social media. Timely meeting with clients/consultants and make sure of smooth operations.Service - Plan Yearly Strategy with team (Front/Backend) and decide the target according to comprehensive Company Target. Reviewing PM activities and getting feedback from clients. Organizing OEM training for engineering teams on a yearly basis to upgrade skills of engineering team. Helping team to close orders via attending negotiation meetings.Accounts – Look into the OS and collections. Make sure of timely AMC invoices. Fortnightly review. Control the project expanse by monitoring them.Logistics – Planning of timely deliveries post readiness of shipments, Negotiation with FF during nomination.
