I am an agribusiness professional with a well-rounded career across product development, procurement, and seed production. I began my career with UPL, where I spent 3 years developing and promoting crop protection products, directly supporting farmers and dealers with technical guidance and field demonstrations. I then joined Olam Food Ingredients, where I led cumin seed procurement and executed backward integration programs to build traceable, farmer-linked supply chains. Currently, I work in barley seed multiplication & production, managing contract farming operations from farmer onboarding to procurement, ensuring high-quality seed output and sustainable relationships.My journey gives me a 360° view of the agri value chain — from R&D and sales to sustainable sourcing and seed multiplication.
