Recruit, manage, and deploy resources for over 250 volunteer leaders. Develop strategies for increasing Board and Volunteer engagement. Work with clients to develop and implement successful annual fundraising programs, leading one client to a 32% year-over-year increase in annual fundraising in a single year. Pioneered strategies and materials to support virtual gift requests throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.Work with clients across all sectors including, Inova Health Foundation, Oberlin College & Conservatory, National Association of Cancer Center Development Officers (NACCDO), YWCA, KIPP Baltimore, National Museum of Bermuda, University of Maryland Medical System, University of Miami, Seminary of the Southwest, Bermuda Centre for Creative Learning, Creative Learning Academy, Hagerstown Community College, Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey, Champion Institute, and numerous Episcopal parishes. Engaged in CCS’s work with the Episcopal Parish Network (EPN).
