I lead the RevOps service at Hustler Marketing, working with both B2B and D2C brands to fix how their sales and marketing systems run. Most companies have the right tools, but nothing talks to each other properly and that’s where I come in.I spend my time inside HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Pipedrive, helping teams clean up messy workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and actually use their CRM the way it was meant to be used. No more updating deals manually. No more missed follow-ups. Just smoother processes that make sense.Before this, I started out in ad tech building tools that let affiliate marketers track clicks, leads, and conversions. That got me into CRM early. Then I went deep into Klaviyo and the D2C world, working on email flows and retention. Eventually I realized it’s not just about marketing or sales; it’s about making the whole system work together. That’s basically what RevOps is.I’ve got a background in software engineering, so the tech doesn’t scare me, I enjoy it. But more than that, I like fixing stuff for people.
