   Youth Collaboratory is a national organization that harnesses the power of the youth services community to innovate, evaluate, and drive effective strategies that assure the safety and well-being of youth and young adults, unlocking their limitless potential. My work:+ Direct all program-related activities related to coordinated responses to youth and young adult homelessness & housing instability; preventing & ending trafficking & exploitation of young people; and building youths’ community and resiliency through connection & mentoring, ensuring successful design, delivery, and evaluation of capacity-building services+ Oversee partnerships with federal departments totaling $29.7M to develop and implement effective outcome-based programming to include experience with the Family and Youth Services Bureau, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Housing and Urban Development, and Office for Victims of Crime+ Oversee sub-contracts (average 35-55 per year) to ensure goal attainment, and compliance with programmatic and fiscal requirements, including sub-grants to organizations implementing services for youth and families in local communities+ Direct public policy and advocacy efforts regarding youth services, convening service providers and young people with lived expertise to develop and drive forward-leaning public policies that are grounded in equity and youth voice, and that truly respond to the needs on the ground + Co-Lead implementation of strategic planning, current and long‐term organizational goals, and policies and procedures for operations+ Lead a strong team of diverse staff & consultants located in multiple geographical locations facilitating programming and support to individuals, agencies, system leaders, and other stakeholders nationally
