I am passionate about helping people find personal freedom. In my career this first showed up as helping alleviate financial stress which frees people to pursue the things in life that matter most. I was recently asked what motivates me. I answered in a way I never have before, but the longer I sit with it, the more true it feels. Organization. I feel so much better when things are organized. I will go to great lengths to organize something that isn\'t. This has led to a pretty drastic career shift.Currently, I\'m helping manage the operations of ARRC LED, a leader in some pretty incredibly cutting edge technology that is helping people around the world live healthier, more pain-free lives. No pills or surgeries required. It\'s cool stuff that literally lights me up. More to come on this one.Previously, I led a small but mighty team of financial planners at Morrow, a fintech startup dedicated to improving the financial strength of America\'s workforce. I also founded my own RIA, Financial Cairn, where I focused on providing fee-only, hourly financial planning to individuals across the country. I\'ve worked for other wealth managers where I focused on helping high net worth families.
