Along the way, I helped drive a 92% year-over-year retention rate by building better systems for outreach, feedback, and technical support.These days, I’m focused on combining my communication and leadership experience with my engineering skills—working closely with customers to understand their goals, troubleshoot tough issues, and build solutions that make their lives easier.
