I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Forta Health, passionate about helping children and families reach their potential through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). My career blends clinical expertise, remote telehealth delivery, and cross-industry experience, allowing me to bring both precision and creativity to behavioral health.At Forta, I provide 1:1 ABA therapy across remote and in-person settings, helping clients with autism spectrum disorder build communication, functional skills, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors. Trained under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and through the UNC TEACCH Autism Program, I apply evidence-based strategies to structure learning environments, use visual supports, and promote independent skills. I thrive on translating behavioral data into actionable insights that guide treatment and empower caregivers.Previously with Golden Steps ABA, BlueSprig Pediatrics, and JM Autism Foundation, I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, coached parents in evidence-based strategies, and created visual supports to improve skill generalization. My telehealth expertise includes using HIPAA-compliant platforms to maintain continuity of care and safeguard client privacy.What sets me apart is my diverse background. Before ABA, I worked in consultative sales, project management, and product development, managing multimillion-dollar accounts and national product launches. These roles sharpened my ability to manage stakeholders, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable results—strengths I now apply to clinical care.Currently advancing toward a master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, I aim to expand access to high-quality behavioral health services through leadership, training, and innovative care models for underserved communities.
