About Kate Sumption
Supporting our Great People Delivering Genuine Hospitality, I have the opportunity to support marketing efforts for several Cameron Mitchell Restaurants\' Columbus, OH Specialty Brand concepts (9 locations), including Cap City Fine Diner and Bar, Marcella’s, Molly Woo’s Asian Bistro, Valentina’s, and Budd Dairy Food Hall. In addition, I oversee the strategy for CMR’s sister company, Rusty Bucket Restaurant & Tavern (18 locations in 4 states), and Cluck Norris located in Budd Dairy Food Hall. In my current role, I live our Associate First company culture daily and invest in team development, in addition to, direct marketing strategies, restaurant openings, digital marketing (including social media), advertising, public relations initiatives, local store marketing, promotions, special events, and cause marketing activities.
