I am a transformational federal leader with over two decades of experience driving results across USDA\'s complex financial and operational systems. As Deputy Director of Financial Systems & Reporting at APHIS, I lead three high-performing branches responsible for agency-wide accounting, reporting, and budget execution for multiple USDA sub-agencies.My leadership is defined by crisis responsiveness, cross-agency collaboration, and team empowerment. In 2019, I was entrusted with leading the APHIS Agreements Strikeforce to respond to an unprecedented Department-wide mandate. I established new processes, led a 25-person multi-functional team, and cleared over 500 agreements within a month—an achievement recognized by APHIS leadership.I am a Certified Integral Coach (CIC) and hold a Certificate in Public Leadership (CPL) from the Brookings Institution.
