Accountable for end to end design and delivery of continuous glucose monitoring hardware - a complex FDA regulated, body worn, consumer facing, medical device- Accountable for a team of hardware leaders driving the technical development and delivery of the complete hardware system of entire HW product and program portfolio efforts including overseeing cross functional teams drawn from mechanical, electrical, firmware, sensor, algorithm, packaging and sterilization- Own the development and delivery of the entire HW product and program portfolio (over 25 programs) commitments ensuring scope, cost, and timelines are met for new product development (NPI and NTI), and on-market improvements (sustaining)- Collaborated with cross functional leaders outside of engineering functions (OPS, QA, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing) to ensure alignment on the goals and facilitate complex decision making- Represent the interest and voice of HW R&D in multiple senior and executive leadership forums to provide regular updates, chart roadmaps, make cross functional tradeoffs, and work through C-Suite escalations.
