Partner with internal partners including our marketing, talent branding, and communications teams to attract top talent to the KSP, while remaining current on key external trends that impact the market for talent. responsibilities include developing and executing IT staffing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives, building and managing a high-performance IT staffing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring sales representatives, leading sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for the IT staffing division, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners in the IT staffing industry, collaborating with marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for IT staffing sales efforts, managing and overseeing human resource programs including but not limited to: new hire orientation, employee personnel files, recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, workforce planning, disciplinary matters, grievances & investigations, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organization goals.
