   As the People Solutions Data & Analytics Manager, I design and establish meaningful metrics and dashboards to report and monitor important people metrics for internal People Solutions use. I interact with key constituents across People Solutions to provide both consultative and functional guidance to link together data points and define metrics to present in a meaningful way for business leaders to make informed decisions in creating positive workplace changes. I work with People Solutions processes and tools to promote data governance and stewardship to improve overall data quality on people topics. I am also deeply interested in employee engagement and wellbeing. I am kickstarting the local chapter of the firm\'s initiative to enhance the growth and retention of women (GROW), participating in a regional chairs committee, and serving on the national committee as liaison to the local office committees. I also coordinate and execute firm-wide wellness sessions designed to educate and engage team members in all aspects of social, physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing (The Silver Lineup). I co-chaired the New England area Stewardship Week by planning, engaging with, and participating in volunteer opportunities for team members to participate in. I recently participated in a committee to reimagine the workweek as we know it to roll out firmwide solutions to reduce employee burnout.
