ABOUT SOPHIA ELIAS

I’m a creative and results driven development leader who lives for building and growing funding relationships. With nearly a decade of experience in national nonprofits, I specialize in building fundraising portfolios and scaling them—fast.(Think: increasing new corporate revenue by 42% in a single year.)My approach is simple: Build deep trust, align strategy with mission, and never lose sight of the long-term goal. I’ve managed $1M+ annual portfolios and led seven-figure events, but my favorite part of the job is still the moment a partner realizes the incredible impact their investment will make.I enjoy environments where I can bring my entrepreneurial out-of-the box thinking and make a big impact.Expertise: Development & Fundraising | Corporate Partnerships | Major Gifts | Sponsorships & Events | Campaigns | Revenue Strategy Columbus, OH | Open to development, fundraising, and corporate partnership roles
