Provides counsel to the President on organizational design, budgeting, and public relations to ensure strategic and operational alignment. Partnered with the Idaho governor and state constituents to pass a scholarship program covering one-third of student tuition, and implemented an articulation agreement with a state college to provide graduates and employees a pathway to a post-secondary degree.
