   Basecamp Fitness is a boutique fitness studio specializing in 35-minute, HIIT, coach-led classes. After being a regular member for 2+ years, I started working as a Lead Ambassador. As the Lead Ambassador for the North Loop location, my duties include- providing exceptional customer service for new visitors and current members - giving both a level of personalized attention that only comes with personally knowing the workout, the coaches and working out side-by-side many of them on a regular basis- proactively identifying leads, reaching out and actively following-up in a timely manner- maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the entire studio- giving studio tours and workout tutorials with a friendly and inviting demeanor- providing admin support by answering our mainline phone and general inbox, as well as addressing drop-in visits.
