Leadership role in developing and implementing Jacobs\' global programme initiation capability, enabling successful and rapid mobilisation of major programmes through bespoke toolsets and organisational effectiveness strategies. Responsible for leading and providing expert support to programme mobilisation strategies for both UK and international programmes whilst delivering initiation activities for live programmes. Works directly with senior leadership teams, programme directors, and clients to ensure alignment on programme objectives and delivery approaches-> “Setup for Success” framework – Integral to development of Jacobs\' global programme initiation methodology, now deployed across the organisation with standardised mobilisation processes, enabling rapid deployment tailored to unique programme requirements-> Led initiation strategy development – Prepared initiation and mobilisation plans for 20+ major programmes ensuring optimal resource deployment from programme commencement -> Built internal knowledge-sharing centre with curated content, achieving 700+ users across site visits, positioning Jacobs as thought leader in programme initiation -> Delivered behavioural workshops – Facilitated team chartering development sessions for 100+ participants including across all levels of programme structure-> Production management systems – Introduced systematic delivery approaches for a Development Consent Order programme
