I have modelled and facilitated the SZED Program effectively to achieve Zero defects through various defect analysis methods in the Painting process. System AccomplishmentI successfully contributed to completing ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Audit and supported building a culture of collaboration through hard work and dedication in the Industrial Painting facility. Also, I completed ISO 9001: 2005 QMS Audit and got certification for the Electro Plating facility. Automation solutionI was introducing a 2K Smart Paint mixing system for the Painting facility to reduce 50% of Paint wastage and ensure accurate paint mixing. Also arranged Automatic thinner transfer system, Gun cleaning system and Solvent recycle system to minimize the environmental hazard Inspection capabilitiesSignificant expertise with Coating Inspection of coating projects of major reputable clients Qatar Gas (QG), BAPCO, SHELL, LNG, BP, Thermax, IOCL, and L&T Hydro Carbon.
