I am driven with a sense of making technologies work for humans and organizations.Over 30 years of work experience, I have been engaged in bringing products and services to the market, setting up businesses in a startup mode, helping it achieve scale and become sustainable.As a business leader, drawing up the business strategy, the go-to-market plan, building and managing teams, setting up the business goals, working towards achieving profitable growth, being responsible for the overall P&L, and continuous learning have been my responsibilities. I am very passionate of the work that I undertake and have been successful in all of them. Key to this success has been my understanding of people, technology, market conditions and perseverance. My engagement with people internal and external (customers, partners) have been based on building mutual trust and credibility. I am a self-motivated person and demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to building and developing strategies and organizations.I love a good laugh and enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, reading, taking up social responsibilities and am an amateur trekker and bird-watcher.
