About Kshitiz Singh

As the UX Head for Big Data and Streaming Services at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I lead teams to design and deliver intuitive and scalable solutions for customers who need to collect, process, analyze, and visualize large volumes of data in real time. With over 10 years of experience in the E-Commerce, Cloud, and Research industry, I have a proven track record of launching successful consoles for multiple AWS services, including Amazon Kinesis, Amazon S3, and AWS Snowball. I have also contributed to the development of UX best practices, standards, and guidelines for AWS. My mission is to create user-centric and data-driven products that solve complex problems and enhance customer satisfaction. I leverage my expertise in human-computer interaction, social computing, and industrial and product design to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and to conduct heuristic evaluations, user scenarios, and usability tests. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to align the UX vision with the business goals and technical requirements. I am passionate about learning new technologies, trends, and tools in the UX field, and sharing my knowledge and insights with the UX community. I regularly attend and speak at UX conferences, workshops, and events, and mentor aspiring and junior UX professionals.
