This initiative played a key role in significantly enhancing platform-wide security and ensuring compliance at scale.Architected and deployed a scalable ACL upgrade framework, reducing long-standing security debt. To protect business-critical operations, I designed and integrated robust fail-safe mechanisms, ensuring Cloudways’ core systems remained uninterrupted during upgrades.Engineered a new FIFO queue architecture on AWS across both Production and Staging environments. This improvement redistributed approximately 5.7 million messages between new and existing queues, resulting in optimized load management, improved reliability, and better scalability.Proactively solved real-time production issues by applying hotfixes and ensuring that customers’ core operations ran smoothly without disruption. These efforts directly contributed to delivering a seamless experience for end-users, strengthening trust and customer satisfaction.Led the integration of server-to-server Awin APIs to modernize affiliate management.
