Kshitij is an Indian patent attorney with more than 16+ years of experience in handling IP related issues. He holds a degree in engineering. He studied law at prestigious University of Delhi, and is enrolled at Bar Council of Delhi. He has prior experiences of working in the Indian, Japanese, and US patent systems. He has helped many Indian and foreign clients in obtaining patents at major patent offices. Kshitij focuses on advising clients on various IP issues including drafting patent applications, prosecuting applications, PCT filings and IP strategy.
