Kshitij has completed his two-year MBA in Human Resource Management from MDI Gurgaon. He was awarded the Chairman\'s Gold Medal for obtaining the highest overall CGPA and the Director\'s Gold Medal for obtaining the highest CGPA in the area of HRM / OB in 2020-22.He interned with Asian Paints Limited for his summers where he undertook two projects. One was on enhancing the Workforce Planning process across all the verticals and the second was on creating a roadmap on Thought Leadership led Employer Branding on Social Media platforms and other channels. He was awarded a PPO(Pre Placement Offer) from Asian Paints for his efforts and is currently working in the same organization in the Compensation & Benefits team.Prior to enrolling for MBA, Kshitij pursued B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) from Delhi Technological University (Formerly Delhi College of Engineering) and featured amongst the top 3 students in his branch. In addition to this, he is also an O.P Jindal Engineering & Management Scholarship winner for excellent display of leadership & innovation in the field of engineering, awarded to top-performing students from the best engineering colleges like IITs/NITs/DTU/BITs. During his engineering course, he was active in extracurricular activities, leading Google Developer Student Clubs managed by Google New York. Apart from work, he is deeply involved in sports with Running, Snooker, Table Tennis & Swimming being his favourite. He believes in leading a healthy lifestyle, a habit he picked up while losing 40 kg in 8 months few years back.

The annual One Young World Summit convenes the brightest young talent from every country and sector, working to accelerate social impact. Delegates from 190+ countries are counselled by influential political, business and humanitarian leaders. At the end of the Summit, Delegates become One Young World Ambassadors. They return to their communities and organizations with the means and motivation to make a difference, accessing the global network of young leaders to accelerate existing initiatives or establish new ventures.I attended the summit in Belfast, Northern Ireland in October 2023 and ever since actively associated with OYW.
