   As an Angular Developer at Kitaboo, a leading product-based company in digital publishing, I’ve been deeply involved in building tools that enable the creation of reflowable content. My journey here began with taking full ownership of developing an editor platform from the ground up. This editor allows users to seamlessly convert and enhance reflowable content—something that demanded both technical depth and a strong understanding of user workflows.I was solely responsible for architecting and implementing the entire editor interface using Angular. This included integrating complex functionalities such as dynamic content blocks, drag-and-drop components, custom toolbars, and responsive layout handling. I made heavy use of Angular features like ngIf, ngFor, and services to handle dynamic rendering, user interactions, and efficient state management. Working with RESTful APIs and optimizing data binding also played a crucial role in ensuring smooth performance across the platform.Following the successful delivery of the editor, I transitioned to the next major phase of the product: the Authoring Platform. Here, I’m focused on enabling content creators to build interactive, engaging digital content with greater flexibility and ease. This involves designing reusable components, introducing advanced authoring capabilities, and maintaining a scalable architecture that can evolve with the product’s needs.Throughout both phases, I’ve prioritized clean code, performance optimization, and responsive design to ensure a consistent user experience across devices. I’ve also been involved in mentoring new team members, participating in code reviews, and collaborating closely with designers and product managers to refine the UX.Seeing my work directly impact how digital content is created and consumed has been incredibly rewarding—and I’m excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what our platform can do.
